Loaner Cars

1. Advanced scheduling is required to reserve a loaner vehicle. Same-day or next-day loaners are not available without a prior appointment.
2. While we make every effort to accommodate our clients, we cannot guarantee a specific loaner vehicle model on any given day.
3. Loaners are held for 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. After that window, the vehicle will be returned to the fleet and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

1. The driver of the loaner vehicle must be at least 21 years of age.
2. A valid driver’s license, insurance card, and credit card must be presented at the time of the appointment.
3. The loaner vehicle may only be driven by the drivers listed on the user agreement and covered on your current insurance policy.

1. Loaner vehicles are limited to a maximum of 150 miles per day and should not be taken out of state. Exceptions can be made with prior communication and approval.
2. The loaner vehicle must be returned on the same day the service is completed, by 6 PM or by 8 AM the following morning.
3. Loaner vehicles provided on Saturdays must be returned by the end of the day on Saturday (8 AM–2 PM).

1. A late fee of $100 will be applied if a courtesy vehicle is not returned within 24 hours of the initial vehicle completion call.

Vehicle Monitoring System

1. Our loaner vehicles are equipped with a Vehicle Systems Monitoring Transmitter.
2. This device records fuel levels before and after usage, distance traveled, and instances of exceeding legal speed limits.

Fuel Replenishment

1. The monitoring system allows us to accurately determine fuel consumption during the loaner period.
2. If fuel has not been replenished to the initial level, guests will be responsible for the fuel cost.
3. Payment for any fuel shortage will be required upon return of the guest’s vehicle.
4. The fuel charge is calculated at a rate of $6.00 per US gallon.

Daily Mileage Limit

1. We request that guests do not exceed 150 miles per day while utilizing our loaner vehicles.
2. Exceeding the daily mileage limit may result in additional charges or limitations on future loaner vehicle privileges.

Responsible Speed

1. Guests must adhere to all applicable legal speed limits while operating the loaner vehicle.
2. Any instances of exceeding acceptable speed limits will be recorded by the vehicle monitoring system.
3. Continuous disregard for responsible speed practices will result in the loss of loaner vehicle privileges.

No Smoking

1. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes or vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in our loaner vehicles.
2. Violation of this policy will result in a restoration fee of $125.00.

No Pets

1. Pets are not allowed in our loaner vehicles. Please make alternate arrangements while your vehicle is being serviced.

1. While in possession of a loaner vehicle, you are fully responsible for any damage or injury that occurs.
2. Please exercise caution and treat the vehicle with care to avoid any unnecessary damage.

1. Any fines incurred for traffic or parking violations while in possession of our loaner vehicle are your responsibility.
2. You will be responsible for paying all fines and penalties associated with such violations.
