2022 MDX – The New Fourth-Generation MDX

We had a great experience at Gary Force Acura. Terry Hill was an awesome salesman. The finance department was great. We were in and out with a 2025 Acura RDX in about 2 hours from test driving. Love my new ride!!!!!

Was very easy to negotiate my deal. Price was good, Chris( my sales representative) was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles he sold, and all vehicles in general. Left no questions unanswered, and made the process easy.

Sales and Finance very personable. Great knowledge of the vehicle and finance process was quick and easy.

If you are interested in a calm and educational experience, as you shop for your new car, Cameron at Gary Force Acura is your guy. He is very educated on the vehicles and not pushy at all. During my first visit he "sold me" on my new Acura RDX!

On 3/9 we brought our 2019 RDX into Gary Force Acura's Service center for some routine maintenance and to install a part we had ordered. We also had a few things we wanted them to just check out that didn't seem to be working just right. They were extremely thorough and very honest about their evaluation. On a few of the issues, they came back and said things were actually working well as designed and explained why. They also came in below the estimate on the parts installation. I could not be happier with the experience and I will bring in my RDX in the future for other maintenance.

The service department at Gary Force Acura is amazing. I have been driving Acuras for 12 years and have had a great experience every time I am at the dealership. Yesterday Jay Garner was my service representative and he was terrific. I waited at the dealership for my car to get the oil changed, brake fluid replaced and tires rotated. The normal wait time is 2.5 hours for that service and my car was ready in a little over an hour. Thank you, Jay and Gary Force!

My Salesman, Mr. Eric Green, was absolutely the best. Like most people, I want the biggest bang for my buck, but excellent customer service will always get my attention. I made some cold calls and sent multiple emails to dealerships to secure the best pricing, rather than what was advertised. My hope and goal went beyond a few dollars, but who would take me seriously enough to earn my business? Gary Force Acura and Mr. Eric Green not only made the buying process easy and seamless but also made our family a priority. How? We needed to travel more than two hours, but upfront pricing and fees, no unanswered emails, every call returned, open communication, we dialogued, I never received a salesperson monologue, and, most importantly, we laughed together and had a pleasurable buying experience. Of course, we cannot speak for others' journeys through their buying process. However, our encounter was worth the travel, and we believe the money spent was well worth it. We recommend the Team at Gary Force Acura, and we highly recommend Mr. Eric Green if you demand a personable personality, user-friendly, and superior customer service experience.

We were looking for a midsized sedan after years in a SUV. We were greeted by Cameron Hayes, a competent and knowledgeable salesman that listened patiently to our needs and showed us the inventory of vehicles which would serve us best. After two years of research, test-driving, and determining (and prioritizing) the long list of wants in my wife’s new vehicle, we arrived at the Acura MDX. Reliable and practical luxury. We attempted to work with our local dealership, but was repeatedly given resistance on the color or options we wanted…this was even after I had explained this would be a vehicle for my bride - who rarely (if ever) gets anything nice…so we were not going to compromise. The local dealership continued to push other colors and attempting to sell us what they had on their lot…then they told me not to contact any other Acura dealerships. I severed ties. I reached out to Gary Force via personal email on a Sunday. I detailed what we were looking for - to include certain customizations. I also explained that this was an important purchase for us, and asked for their assistance in making it a surprise for my wife’s birthday in 7 days time. To my surprise their GM responded almost immediately - on a Sunday. He assured me they could help, and even said there would be no charge for them to deliver to my driveway an hour and a half away to make the moment more special. From that point forward, I have never been treated so well on a car-buying experience. And I have purchased more than 30 new cars in my lifetime. They took care of everything. This also included an option of saving me some money by custom painting the wheels instead of replacing them. Then, as promised, it was delivered to my driveway. My wife was (and still is) thrilled. They took as much time as she needed, explaining all the buttons, knobs, and systems. Dealerships and their people can either sour or galvanize a make. For us, we were very close to NOT purchasing an Acura because of our experience with the local dealership. Gary Force Acura not only exceeded all our expectations, but honored the Acura brand. This is our first Acura, and will now not be our last.

I only delt with the service department, but I was NOT impressed at all. I had an appointment for an oil change and it took them 2 hours to do an oil change! Plus I had a warning light on when I left that wasn't on before. Somehow changing my oil turned on my TPMS system light. I've contacted the service manager and nothing but crickets! I will NEVER take my car back to them for service. I will find another place.
