I started my car search at the local Honda dealer looking at a Civic Hatchback. That dealer had thousands of dollars in "dealer options" stacked on top of the MSRP. They refused to sell me a car without the. I found out that ALL the area Honda dealers did this. These add ons made the cost of a Civic near the same price as a new Integra. So I went to Gary Force. I can NOT say enough about them! David, Chris, and Jeff went beyond my expectations. Not pushy at all, not fake car sales friendly but genuine. Gary Force Acura is one of three dealerships within a 150 mile radius of my house. I had contacted each one, and even a dealership in California where I went to school, and Gary Force offered an unbeatable price upfront. I was completely shocked and thought it was too good to be true. I arrived at the dealership, all the paperwork was prepared for me, and everything explained thoroughly yet efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and cannot recommend Gary Force Acura enough. Todd was an amazing salesperson and very transparent. I truly appreciate it!

For maintenance of my vehicle. Acura and Mazda Excellent workers to work with and always accommodating for the needs of their customers. They always do a once over on your car and will let you know if more work is required then they will explain of it's importance and allow you determine if you what it done or not. We had a good experience purchasing our 2016 RDX. Hana was great to work with. From a process standpoint, the one thing that I think could be done differently is how the warranty purchase decision is positioned. It would have been helpful if we were told to expect that we would be given information/pricing on extended warranties prior to going to financing. We had expected to go to financing to just finalize the loan , but being presented with another significant financial decision after having just made one is difficult. But, all in all, good experience.
Recently purchased a 2017 Acura RDX from Hana and had an outstanding experience. I have been looking at an Acura RDX for over 5 weeks and purchased the car from Gary Force Acura even though I live over 4 hours away. Easily the best experience I have had compared to the other 3 Acura dealerships I have visited. Hana was very knowledgable about the car and the benefits/functionality of newer models versus older models. She was energetic and was very eager to ensure that the buying process went smoothly.
