I had an outstanding experience with Cameron and the whole team at Gary Force Acura. There was nothing hidden or unexplained - nothing snuck onto the numbers sheet at the last minute. Options were clearly explained and were exactly what they're supposed to be, options. We selected what made sense for us and passed on what didn't. That was the end of it the discussion, no pressuring us to get something we don't need. I will definitely be going back for my future automotive needs.
I would like to say my experience with Gary Force Acura was on a different level. This was my firt time considering the Acura brand. My salesman Mr. Terry Hill, explained that they didnt have the MDX TYPE "S" exterior color Urban Grey, interior color Azurite(blue) in stock and it is or will be available for purchase, when it arrived, but not for long, because of thr rarity of that color combination, so following his suggestion I place a deposit, I was reluctant at first, but Mr. Hill assured me that that was the best way to ...

Jay in the Service Center was great. Solid communication with me and flexibility when our car had to stay longer than expected due to our insurance being the delay. Once approved - it was only a 24 hour turnaround to complete the repair.
All the employees in the service department have always been very nice and accommodating. Anytime we have had to be there for service. This time, I was there for almost 4 hours. I work remotely and they have very comfortable cubbies. I was able to not miss any of my work while getting my car repair.
All the transaction was smooth from the beginining to the end. The sales rep, Mike was honest and respectful and we felt good about the car I purchased.

I always get great and accommodating service on my 2017 Acura RDX at Gary Ford. They are polite and knowledgeable. Prices are fair (for Brentwood) and they take the time to explain any repairs or maintenance needed that were not part of the standard service. I highly recommend them for servicing your Acura.

Have had my vehicle serviced here since 2020. Always a positive experiance with friendly service that exceeds expectations. I had an appointment this week and completely forgot about it. I went in 4 hours after my appointment time and was taken in immediately and received a loaner vehicle. You can't beat that.

My 2018 MDX had a glitchy instrument panel, and after running some diagnostics, we found out my battery was on its way out. The best part? I love love love my car. I got an Acura integra back in 2024. The reason why I’m not giving Gary Force Acura 5 star is because when I call to schedule maintenance services, whoever it is that works at the appointment line desk, is a huge a hole. Very rude and should not work in customer service at all. Other than that I love my car and I’ll definitely purchase another Acura in the future.
