I've been an Acura fan since I bought my first one at a Honda dealership. I bought second vehicle with Chris (he's amazing) The service department goes over and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of.
Problems occurred after the purchase. Acura owners manual is less than 150 pages. Compare that to my 2019 Honda Pilot owners manual that is over 725 pages. Info in manual is cursory with no reference to obtain additional info and ZERO detail to do any maintenance by the owner. I down rated the review by two stars for this and an additional star for the salesman's response to my request for getting more information. There is no factory printed or online service manual. I had an outstanding experience with Cameron and the whole team at Gary Force Acura. There was nothing hidden or unexplained - nothing snuck onto the numbers sheet at the last minute. Options were clearly explained and were exactly what they're supposed to be, options. We selected what made sense for us and passed on what didn't. Jay in the Service Center was great. Solid communication with me and flexibility when our car had to stay longer than expected due to our insurance being the delay. Once approved - it was only a 24 hour turnaround to complete the repair.
All the employees in the service department have always been very nice and accommodating. Anytime we have had to be there for service. This time, I was there for almost 4 hours. I work remotely and they have very comfortable cubbies. I was able to not miss any of my work while getting my car repair.

Have had my vehicle serviced here since 2020. Always a positive experiance with friendly service that exceeds expectations. I had an appointment this week and completely forgot about it. I went in 4 hours after my appointment time and was taken in immediately and received a loaner vehicle. You can't beat that.
