I purchased an Acura RDX GF Acura (for a family member who lives out of state) years ago. It was a great car buying experience which for me means “no surprises.” Over the last month the car was having problems requiring two locksmith visits and two trips to the shop. Tim at Gary Force and the service staff were very professional and answered all my questions. I took the vehicle in for a Timing Belt Service. Another local establishment told me I needed motor mounts. The staff at Gary Force examined the motor mounts and told me I did not need them. They took the time to explain to me what I should be looking for and what I would feel (vibrations) if the motor mounts were bad. We could not have looked the world over and found anyone who was as helpful to us on making a decision to choose a new vehicle than Eric was in helping us. He was so attentive and helpful to my wife who had many questions since we are senior citizens; however, Eric was so attentive in answering all of her questions to the best of his ability. The young lady who did the paperwork and went over the paperwork dealing with the extra warranties, etc. was more than helpful as well....
One more note ... the ONLY negative about my recent service experience at the Acura shop -- was the cleaning of my car. Both at the service visit, and the day we purchased it ... the car cleaning was not near as good or thorough as I would expect from Gary Force. :( Not a deal breaker ... but the cleaming crew could do a better job on that. I recently had a warranty repair issue with my Acura and contacted this dealership. After verifying the VIN number and my information they immediately informed me that the repair was under warranty, and that they would set up an appointment as soon as possible. Acura is a fine auto, but Tony in the service dept. Is one of the nicest, finest, service manager you could deal with. He always has a smile, never will recommend something not needed, and will always listen to you wants or needs. He's the best.
I've been taking my 2012 TSX to this dealer since I got the car 3 years ago, and they have always been extremely helpful and professional with their service. I recently needed my entire power steering system replaced because of an issue that should be an official recall. Long story short they replaced all of it for me and saved me an incredible amount of money. Customer service has always been one of their top priorities, so I strongly recommend them.
It's clear the folks at GFA have done everything they can to make the service department as comfortable and friendly as they possibly can.

I have owned several premium brands of automobiles and have settled in with Acura with an RDX for my wife and an MDX for me. I am extremely happy with the performance, build quality and amenities of the product and love the way the brand is evolving in a more sporty direction. Gary Force Acura has been great. I am from Memphis, TN and had an emergency while visiting Nashville. Daniel at Gary Force Acura made my experience go from nightmarish to manageable and positive. From the moment I called and spoke to him to the time I left the dealership, I felt truly cared for. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I was able to make it safely back home to Memphis in a timely manner. Love the Acura Team here. Eric Green has been my go to guy for years and he takes good care of me as well as everyone in the service center. Tim, Lori, Daniel... Everyone feels like family and they keep me riding in style. I feel very safe in Acura's. I had a very bad collision in my TLX and was left with nothing but a scratch after totaling my car. I'll never leave Acura and I'm always recommending Acura when people compliment my ride!
Brought my car in for a recall and the whole process was very easy. I checked online and was able to schedule it right there with no issues.Went I got there on the day of the staff was very friendly, the job was done fast and they even offered help if I had tech questions that they could help me with at no charge.
