Daniel is always professional, kind and courteous. He does his best to schedule service as soon as possible. The lobby is set-up to provide professional working space if needed while waiting for service on my vehicle to be completed.
Love the Acura Team here. Eric Green has been my go to guy for years and he takes good care of me as well as everyone in the service center. Tim, Lori, Daniel... Everyone feels like family and they keep me riding in style. I feel very safe in Acura's. I had a very bad collision in my TLX and was left with nothing but a scratch after totaling my car. I'll never leave Acura and I'm always recommending Acura when people compliment my ride!
Brought my car in for a recall and the whole process was very easy. I checked online and was able to schedule it right there with no issues.Went I got there on the day of the staff was very friendly, the job was done fast and they even offered help if I had tech questions that they could help me with at no charge.

I have purchased 5 Acura’s front Gary Force in Brentwood, TN. Same guy that sold me my first car sold me my last. The team there is solid. The cars speak for themself. I love my Acura’s. My 2019 MDX does not disappoint.
My MDX stopped working rather suddenly and I had it towed to Gary Force Acura on a Sunday. They were able to diagnose it right away Monday morning and had it fixed for a reasonable price by noon. I was relieved and impressed by the Service Team, especially Tim. Thank you!

The salesperson Mr. Lee H. a very professional person with a great sense of humor along with possessing knowledgeable insight on the automobile company. Also the finance manager, Mr. Mark B. will work all he has to make the transaction possible to leave with a new Acura! A very professional person to meet during the transaction. I braced myself for what I thought was going to be a miserable experience. All I have to say is WOW.. My sales person Lee Hoppe and the whole team at Gary Force were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them..
Make an appointment, arrive, then you are given an approximate time the car will be available. Requested work is done within the promised time frame including a complete inspection for potential problems.. I always take advantage of using the very clean waiting room with good wifi to catch up on emails and reading. Free snacks, water and juice are available. Everyone I have come in contact with has a customer first attitude.
Service is always good. They misquoted me a repair price, they took care of the difference. That 8s GREAT customer service you don't see a lot of today

Excellent sales service. Vehicle and paperwork were delivered to our home, 2 hrs from the dealership. This is a new lease on a 2019 MDX, replacing our old 2017 MDX. This is our 7th MDX, and 3rd through Gary Force. We are obviously happy with our Acuras and Gary Force.Lenny Krakauer gets 5 stars.

He made sure my needs were met and took the time to help me make a decision. I looked at several other places but came back to Gary Force Acura because of Lenny's helpful attitude .

Daniel W from the service department is AMAZING. As a young, inexperienced, car owner who just moved to the Nashville area— I could not have asked for better customer service. Daniel treated me as if I were his daughter and was very transparent with all the services/costs/safety hazards that I needed to consider with my car. I would recommend him and the whole Acura team to anyone! It was evident that they are highly trained and very experienced.

The team at Gary Force Acura is the best and always take care of me! They are knowledgeable and prompt, and best of all - polite! Never have an issue with them not calling when my car is ready, scheduling a loaner car, repairs taking too long, etc. highly recommend taking your car there, even for a quick oil change.

I recently became a customer of Gary Force Acura when I moved to the Nashville area. I've owned several Acuras and have always been pleased with dealer service, but Gary Force stands out. A very attractive dealership, very nice customer lounge with snacks and beverages, and office work space if you need it. Greatly appreciate the availability of scheduled service times when I want to wait for vehicle since I live some distance from the dealership and that saves time - no need to coordinate two trips with my wife. My service advisor Adam is very considerate and listens carefully to any questions and concerns.
This was a recall on my 2017. Fixed one problem and caused another. I'll have to return to have it fixed. It's extremely frustrating since we live in Belle Meade and I'll have to drive to Brentwood/Franklin. We have owned Lexus for years and never had a recall. Think we will go back to Lexus.

We weren’t waiting all day, management added Bluetooth to our package, and we felt like we received high-end treatment, even though we purchased a used car!! We bought a 2018 MDX about a month ago from Gary Force Acura in Nashville, Tn. It was well worth the 2 1/2 hr. drive from Chattanooga to purchase this vehicle. I love it!! Being a previous owner of a 2011 MDX, I knew that I loved that particular SUV, but this 2018 has exceeded my expectations. It drives wonderfully and the ride is so smooth and luxurious. I’ve also enjoyed having the new safety features that this vehicle has. I also had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. Ricky Silversti was so nice and accommodating. In fact everyone that works there couldn’t have been better. CJ was excellent at explaining all the warranty options and Beau did a great job explaining the technology in the SUV. Plus Ricky has checked back with me to make sure I don’t have any questions or problems. Gary Force Acura will definitely be my dealership of choice in the future. They are great!

They deliver when they say they will. The appointment time matters. No one will jump ahead of you in line. Thus, when you make your appointment you know that your car will be repaired during that time. The staff is beyond friendly and professional. I didn't see anyone tensed up in the waiting room Like me they did things (watched tv, read played on their phone / computer internet) to kill time. But the time flew by because of that appointment time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
